Step by step in writing: Agreements in the Portal
Transcript
A renewal to sign, a new person in accounts payable, an invoice still going to someone who left. Here's where those get done. Your agreements are under Operations, Agreements. Anything your provider has sent for signature waits at the top. Sign Now opens the document. Read it through, sign on screen, and a signed copy comes back to you by email. Agreements you've already signed stay listed below, so the terms are never more than a click away. Company Details, from the Overview page or Settings, keeps your contact information current. Edit changes your company email, phone and mailing address. It saves right away, and the office sees what changed. Who gets invoices by email is a list of switches. Turn on everyone who should get a copy, and turn off anyone who shouldn't. Tired of paper? Email only tells the office to stop mailing invoices. And Add contact puts a new person on your account, with their role and how to reach them.
