Step by step in writing: Requests and Supplies in the Portal
Transcript
A phone message can get lost between the office and the truck. A request in the portal can't. It lands in your provider's queue and stays there until someone acts on it. Start from the Overview page. Make a request opens a short menu. More equipment, a service visit, a pickup, a problem to report, and dumpsters too, if you rent them. For a service visit, choose the location and what kind of visit: an extra one, a cleaning, a pump-out or a repair. Then the day you'd prefer. Send request, and it's on its way. You'll hear back when it's booked. Something wrong on site? A unit tipped over, or one needs cleaning before tomorrow? Report a problem and mark it urgent if it can't wait. Everything you send shows up under Your requests with its current status. Changed your mind? You can withdraw a request until the office picks it up. Running low on paper or sanitizer? That has its own page, Consumable Requests. Request supplies lets you choose the location, the items and how many, and when you need them. Each order then moves along four steps. Received, approved, in route, and delivered, with a note from the office when there's something to say.
