Most homeowners forget about their septic tank until something backs up. A reminder program brings them back to you every few years, before that happens. In Service Hub, the Reminder Program tab lists everyone getting pump-out reminders. How many are enrolled, new website sign-ups to review, and who's coming due or overdue. Each row shows the address, how they want to hear from you, when the tank was last pumped, and when it's due next. Website sign-ups are marked new until someone in the office looks them over. Filter to new sign-ups, tanks due soon, or overdue. From the menu, log a pump-out, send a reminder now, or pause one. When your own truck pumps the tank, the next due date moves on its own. Enroll a customer from the office in a few clicks. Or let homeowners sign themselves up on this form, linked or embedded on your own website. Reminders go out by email or text, or as a call task for the office, on the schedule you set in settings.
