Tracked units, restroom trailers, hand-wash stations, holding tanks, appear as a separate map layer so dispatchers who don't care about units can turn them off.

What a Unit Pin Looks Like
Smaller than a vehicle pin. Green border while healthy (amber/gray for stale/offline). The glyph is a package-shaped icon.
Clicking a Pin
Popup shows kind (Tracked unit), health, last update, battery percentage, source, and a link through to the unit profile. Because units usually sit still for days, the popup doesn't show speed.
Why Some Units Aren't on the Map
Only units with an active tracker assigned appear here. Untracked units still show up as customer map pins by their expected placement, this layer is specifically for the ones with hardware.
