Reports is a library of standard business reports. Each report is named for the question it answers ("Sales by Customer Type", "Open Invoices", "Days Since Last Service"), opens with the same controls, and exports as a branded PDF, Excel or CSV file. It is not a dashboard and not a report builder.
Open Reports
Every report is also reachable from Quick Search by its name.
Who can use it
Reports is in the main navigation for office staff with the admin or dispatcher role. Drivers, mechanics and portal customers do not see it.
Which plan includes each report
The plan is set per report, not for the whole section. A report your plan does not include still appears in the list with a small plan tag (Core, Growth or Enterprise), so you know it exists; opening it shows the upgrade prompt.
| Plan | Reports |
|---|---|
| Core and above | Service Compliance |
| Growth and above | Every other report in the library, including Job & Route Profitability, Profit & Loss, Expenses and Year-End Schedule C Export |
| Enterprise | Sales by Branch (needs Branches) |
A/R Aging, Sales Tax Liability and Timesheets carry no tag in the library. They open their own screens in Financials and Team Management, which follow those screens' own plan rules.
Every report in the library
Sales & Customers
Receivables & Payments
Jobs & Operations
Accounting & Taxes
What each report shows is covered in Sales and customer reports, Receivables and payment reports, Operations reports, Job and route profitability and Profit and loss, expenses and Schedule C.
What happened to Analytics and the Report Builder
Reports replaced the old Analytics tabs (Overview, Revenue, Operations, Drivers, Customers) and the free-form Report Builder in September 2026. Old links to the Analytics tabs open the report that replaced them. There is no way to build a custom report; use Group by, the filters, Detail view and an Excel or CSV export to slice a report further.
Where recurring revenue lives
The recurring revenue figure (MRR or Cycle Recurring Revenue, depending on your display setting) is on Financials → Invoices, not in Reports. To check that every rate card row was actually billed for a cycle, use the Rate Card Billing Audit report.
