Landfills, quarries, ballfields and rural roads lose signal. The driver app
saves the important work on your phone when there's no connection and sends
it the moment you're back in coverage. This article says what is saved,
what still needs signal, and what the banners mean.
What saves on the phone with no signal

When a saved item finally sends, the server checks it again. If something
changed in the meantime and the item no longer applies (for example the office
already moved that pin), it's dropped rather than retried forever.

If you reopen the app with no signal, Today may say "You're offline. Your
jobs will load when the connection returns." Schedule can still show
today's stops if they were saved on the phone earlier in the day.
The sync banners
The banner sits at the top of every driver screen:

| You're offline | No connection. It counts the items saved on the phone, or says changes will sync when connected. |
| Ready to sync | You're back online with items waiting. They send on their own; tap Sync Now to send them now. |
| Syncing data… | Sending, with the number of items remaining. |
| Connection restored | Back online and caught up. It goes away on its own. |
| Items couldn't upload (red) | Something failed to send. Each item is listed with Retry and Discard. Discard only if you'll capture it again. |
