Today is the screen the driver app opens on. It shows today's date and how
many jobs you have, your time clock, your route and your job list. Schedule
shows any day by the hour, and My calls lists crew bookings on event jobs.
The Today screen, top to bottom
The header row shows the day (in your company's time zone) and your job
count for today, for example "Tuesday, Oct 13 · 9 jobs". On the right:
opens that unit's stop for today. If the unit has no stop today it tells you
the next visit, or that the unit isn't out at a customer.
The time clock strip (if your company tracks time and you track time):
Clock In, then Break / End Break and Clock Out. See
Clocking in and out below.
Banners that show only when they apply:
your company wants a post-trip inspection you haven't submitted yet. Tap
Complete now, or put it off for ten minutes. See
one of today's open stops (and the GPS fix is good enough to say so). Tap it
to jump back to your job list.
Starting a job is always your tap. Don't rely on the app to start a job for
you when you pull in.
Today's Route
If dispatch has sent you a planned route, your stops come first under
Today's Route (N), numbered in the order dispatch set. Each stop shows:
when PortaPro has a current estimate from your GPS,
stop shows the time it was finished).
Buttons on each stop:
Picking a navigation app from a pending stop's address marks it En Route for
you.
It shows Texted (time) once sent, or Customer texts off when the
customer has opted out.
picked.
Break stops show as Break with their time and length.
Jobs assigned to you that aren't on the route follow under Also assigned
today (not on your route). When everything is on the route and no filter is
set, the list says All of today's work is on your route above.
The job list
Search jobs by customer, job number, street or city, and filter with the
status menu: All Statuses, Assigned, Unassigned, In Progress,
Completed, Cancelled, Skipped, Priority, Overdue -
Rescheduled, Overdue and Completed Late.
Choosing Completed switches the list to your finished jobs with a date
range: Last 7 days, Last 30 days (the default), Last 90 days,
This year or Custom. Scroll to load more.
Each row shows the customer, job number and type, and the status. Tap a row to
open the job. Swipe a row left to reveal Call and Navigate; Call
opens your company's call options, and swiping back or tapping the row closes
it.
Pull down on the screen to refresh.
Schedule
Open Schedule from the menu. It shows one day at a time with jobs grouped
by hour; use the arrows to go to the previous or next day. A day with no work
says Nothing planned. You can open a job's details from Schedule for today
and tomorrow.
My calls
My calls (in the menu) lists the crew or performer calls the office has
booked you on for event jobs: your role, the customer, the day and times, the
address and any notes, with a status badge.
Back cancels.
With nothing booked it reads "No crew or performer calls coming up. When the
office books you on a job, it shows here." The office side is in

The time clock strip at the top of Today is your punch clock, and it is what

company's limit is closed automatically, and you'll see "A previous shift was
left open and has been closed automatically". Tell the office so they can fix
the real end time.
No time clock strip? Either your company hasn't turned time tracking on, or it
is off for you. Ask your office. The full rules (approval, auto-close,
overtime) are in Time clock.
