When you create a job, PortaPro looks at the next seven days of route work around the customer's address and tells you which days a driver is already nearby. Adding a stop to a day a truck is passing anyway is cheaper than a one-off trip, and this makes that choice visible while you pick the date.
Where it appears
On the Job type & schedule step of the new-job wizard, under the calendar, a collapsible Scheduling suggestions card shows the closest existing stops for each of the next seven days. It reads "Nearby driver days found: tap to view" until you open it. Each row names the day, the driver (or Unassigned for recurring service that has not been assigned yet), the nearest existing stop, the driving distance to it, and a plain verdict:
Tap a row and the date is filled in. If the row names a driver, the driver is filled in too; an Unassigned row sets only the date.

Which address it measures from
The site is normally chosen on the next step, so the suggestions measure from the customer's default site, or from the site you already picked if you came back from the location step. The card says which: "near Main Yard". A customer with no site coordinates yet shows no card. If no existing stops are within reach, the card says "no stops nearby in the next 7 days, any day works."
