On a phone, Team Chat works like a messaging app: one list of conversations,
full screen, with its own way back out. Every role gets the same screen,
office staff and drivers alike.

conversation.
An admin who switches between the office view and the driver view sees the
same chat in both.
A full-screen view
Team Chat takes over the whole screen. The app's top bar and bottom tab bar
are hidden while you're in it. To leave, tap ‹ Back at the top left of
the conversation list. It takes you to the screen you came from, or to your
home screen if you opened Team Chat straight from a notification.
The conversation list
The top of the screen shows Team Chat, a pencil button to start a New
message, and a ... menu with Mark all as read, New channel,

A blue dot marks unread; a crossed-out bell marks a muted conversation.
If you have no conversations yet, the list says No conversations yet with
buttons to start a new message or join a channel.
Inside a conversation
The header shows a back arrow (back to the list), the name, and one line
underneath: Online or Offline for a direct message, the number of
people in a group message, or Public channel / Private channel.
